Ambassador: Russia to restructure Venezuelan debt in November

MOSCOW, Oct 27 (PRIME) -- Russia and Venezuela are to sign a debt restructuring agreement at or before an intergovernmental panel convenes on November 23-24, Venezuela’s Ambassador to Russia Carlos Rafael Faria Tortosa told PRIME on Friday.

“An intergovernmental panel will take place on November 23-24 in Sochi. All details of the agreement are being finalized, and I do not rule out that the document can be signed at the meeting or before it,” he said.
